This workout is for any beginners of all ages! People as young as 5 and as old as 95 years old can join! You don’t need any fencing experience whatsoever or even heard about the sport. We take anyone, any fitness level, and teach you the basic fundamentals of fencing, language, steps, and workouts. Each session is given by a different elite international instructor so you can get all the experience you need in every session
